خطوات التشغيل القياسى لجهاز بلازما الحث المزدوج INDUCED COUPLED PLASMA
أولاً : إعداد الجهاز لبدء التشغيل
First: Instrument start for operation start.
1- ضغط على ذر التشغيل
1- Press on the operation button.
2- يتم ضبط ضغط إسطوانة الأرجون على 90 باسكال حيث مؤشر الضغط للإسطوانة على 1000 باسكال يوضح ضغط الإسطوانة متوسط ، و 2000 باسكال يوضح أن الإسطوانة ممتلئة.
2-Adjustment the Argon cylinder pressure at 90 psi, where cylinder pressure indicator at 1000 psi means cylinder has medium pressure and at 2000 psi means the cylinder is full.
3- يتم تشغيل الجهاز لمدة نصف ساعة قبل بداية العمل.
3- Left the instrument work for half hour before start the work.
4- تشغيل وحدة التبريد
4-Opertion of cooling unit (chiller).
5- يتم تشغيل جهاز آخذ العينات
5-Turn on the auto-sampler instrument
ثانياً : تشغيل الجهاز
Second: Instrument Operation.
1- يتم الضغط على أيقونة الجهاز على سطح المكتب لشاشة الكمبيوتر ( iTEVA Control Central ) وإختيار فى user name ( Admin )وترك الجهاز لبدء التحميل.
2- 1- Press on instrument icon on the desktop of computer (iTEVA Control Central ), select the in user name ( Admin) and left the instrument to start download.
2- يتم التأكد من أن درجة حرارة الكاميرا -45 درجة مئوية
2- Be sure the camera temperature is -45 o C
3- يتم التأكد من إعدادت تشغيل البلازما كلها باللون الأخضر ثم الضغط على Turn on لبدء تفعيل البلازما وعند ظهور اللون الأخضر دليل على تفعيل تشغيل البلازما.
3- From interlock be sure presence all items for plasma operation by green colour and then press on the turn on to start activate the plasma when the of green colour appears means plasma operation is activated.
4- يتم الضغط على ANALYST
4- Press on ANALYST
5- يتم إختيار SEQUENCE بالضغط عليها أسفل الصفحة
5- Select the sequence in the bottom of the page.
6- يتم إختيار الطريقة عن طريق الضغط على Auto-session فى أعلى الصفحة يظهر قائمة فرعية يتم إختيار منها New sampler
6- Select the auto session at the top of page then a sub list select from that a New Sampler.
7-من خلال NEW SAMPLER سوف تظهر نافذة يتم من خلالها إختيار الطريقة وعدد العينات التى سوف يتم تحليلها.
7-Select New sampler that open new windows then select your METHOD and determine sample numbers and press ok.
8 -يتم وضع المحاليل القياسية والعينات بأرقامها وترتيبها على محاكاة آخذ العينات وعلى جهاز آخذ العينات ثم الضغط على | لبدء عمل جهاز آخذ العينات .
7- Put the standard solutions and samples by their arrangement and numbers on the autosampler simulation and on the autosampler instrument and press on | to autosampler start up.
9- يتم متابعة أخذ العينات وتقارير النتائج
9- Follow up the auto-sampler and results reports.
10- عند الإنتهاء من تحليل العينات يتم إلغاء تفعيل البلازما ( قفل البلازما ) ثم غلق إسطوانة الآرجون وجهاز آخذ العينات والمبرد وترك الجهاز لمدة نصف ساعة قبل الإغلاق.
10- After finishing samples analysis turn off the plasma, close Argon Gas cylinder, turn off auto-sampler, chiller and left instrument for 30 minutes before turn off.
